2026 MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT (UK)

2026 Statement on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

This statement is made on behalf of companies within Accredited Insurance Holdings Inc., further to the provisions of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

About Us

Accredited Insurance Holdings Inc., and its subsidiary businesses (the “Group” or “Accredited”) form a diverse insurance group, headquartered and operating in the USA with extensive operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. The Group is a specialty insurer in the USA, UK and Europe, connecting capital providers, such as reinsurers, with niche underwriting businesses, such as MGAs.

The Group companies within scope of this statement are Accredited Insurance (Europe) Limited (incorporated in Malta), which carries on business in the UK through its UK establishment, Accredited Insurance (Europe) Limited – UK Branch, together with Accredited Insurance (UK) Limited.

A Responsible Business

In the year to 31 December 2025 the Group maintained its commitment to its Code of Conduct, which places Responsibility as a core value and, within that, stresses Accountability and Transparency. Accredited remained committed to integrating the relevant ESG issues, including Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking, into our recruitment, training and employee engagement programmes and into our tender and selection processes for suppliers.

Our Supply Chains

The Group operated within a regulated environment across the UK and Europe and did not obtain goods or material services from suppliers assessed as carrying a high risk of slavery or human trafficking. Insurance is not generally regarded as a high-risk sector for modern slavery and human trafficking, and our employees work in roles that are primarily office-based and generally require specialist qualifications. We recognise, however, that the principal residual risk in a business such as ours sits in outsourced and procured services, including facilities management (such as cleaning, catering and security), IT hardware and managed services, and the use of recruitment and temporary agency labour, and our due diligence is focused accordingly. We conducted regular due diligence (detailed below) and ongoing oversight across our business and supply chains, with particular attention to partners to whom we outsourced activities and assessed the residual risk of modern slavery or human trafficking within our business or supply chains to be low.

Our Due Diligence and Mitigation processes

Accredited complied with legal and regulatory requirements everywhere it conducted business and embedded its Code of Conduct across its activities. The Code continued to affirm the Group’s commitment to compliance with equal employment opportunity laws and other applicable civil rights, human rights and employment and labour laws. Accredited expected staff to behave ethically and transparently and to be accountable for their actions.

During the year, Accredited’s policies, frameworks, and actions continued, with the aim to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply lines, and included:

Human Resources

  • employment verification checks as part of the Group’s hiring process
  • requiring agencies who supply workers to carry out employment verification checks, where relevant
  • providing regular training for staff on sanctions restrictions, anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, and modern slavery and anti-trafficking legislation

Operations

  • supplier due diligence using detailed questionnaires incorporating a new supplier form and sanctions checking procedures
  • subjecting key business transactions to both onboarding and periodic regulatory screening
  • providing ongoing training and support for all staff on how and where they can raise concerns about wrongdoing and assurances that they will not suffer reprisals for doing so
  • providing a Whistleblowing Policy and Procedure, guiding staff on ways of whistleblowing, including an independent externally hosted whistleblowing platform through which staff can raise concerns.

Monitoring Effectiveness

During the year, Accredited monitored the operation of these measures through completion of supplier due diligence and sanctions screening, completion rates for relevant staff training, and review of any matters raised through its whistleblowing channels. No instances of modern slavery or human trafficking were identified within the Group’s business or supply chains during the year. Accredited will continue to develop the metrics by which it assesses the effectiveness of these measures and will report on its progress year on year.
